Posture in a Desk Job.

I transitioned to working at a desk multiple years ago and if there is one thing we can all relate to, it is how often we sit! I created a flier to help individuals have the resources to get up and go regularly throughout the day. Work is important and vital to provide for yourself and your loved ones, but a 5 minute break regularly throughout the day can be the little thing that makes a big difference for your health.

Set a SMART goal for yourself to regularly do these exercises, even if it is only once a week! That little success at achieving your goals can inspire you to challenge yourself more and more. Make sure to include co-workers or family to make it more engaging and create more support and motivation for yourself!
