Being a lifelong learner is a trait that is really important to me, and I know that a good education is not just for the schoolyard. Some lessons were learned in the traditional way, while others I have received from professional mentors, while working and in some cases, friends and family. Professional Experience

  • Health Promotion Coordinator- Millennium Enterprises Tucson, AZ (January 2022- present)

    • Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement all activities of the health promotion program, which may include wellness screenings, educational classes, incentive programs, health fairs

    • Ensure all training of new staff members and HIPAA laws are upheld within the facility for clients

    • Coordinate and conduct biometric screenings and body composition testing

    • Educate participants on health awareness and lifestyle modification

    • Supervise training to new staff and communicate on new policies or changes in procedures

    • Provide excellent written and oral communication skills when working with internal and external customers

    • Led group exercise programs for clients to promote active lifestyles and to stimulate bonding with peers.
